1). First, take about 10 minutes to ask your Lab TF any questions you may have about Homework Quiz #2. The instructions are here.
2). Next, move on to Scoring Project #2 – Debussy’s ‘La Fille aux cheveux de lin.‘ Download the file ScoringProject2.zip from the Music 4214 Canvas site and unzip it.
3). Use the Debussy_LaFille_to_score.sib file, OR, use the Debussy_LaFille_to_score.xml file and open it in Dorico, Musescore or Sibelius. Analyze the excerpt in your notation file. Pay attention to musical structure.
4). Orchestrate the work as instructed. Remember, follow the instructions carefully.
